I am pleased to announce the nomination of Andrew Davis to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. A proud graduate of Columbia Law School and Rice University, Andrew brings tremendous experience to his new role, after delivering strong results as Chief Counsel to Senator Ted Cruz, Assistant Solicitor General of Texas, and former Law Clerk to Judges Reena Raggi and Sidney Fitzwater.
